Audio Conversion Service

If you have old sermon audio tapes that you'd like converted and archived on CD-ROM and/or converted to MP3 so that you can stream them from your website, we offer that service.

We have high-end Tascam tape to CD converters that deliver the best quality tape-to-cd conversions available. And we use top quality Peak Audio software for trimming, cleaning and converting the digital files.

Our process:
  1. Convert the tape to CD
  2. Import CD to computer
  3. Trim the audio so that there are no long periods of silence before or after sermon
  4. Clean out the noise if necessary - reducing hum and other noise (listen to samples below)
  5. Convert to 128K mp3 for archive purposes
  6. ID3 tag the sermons with Speaker/Series/Lesson Title so that audio goes neatly into iTunes or other mp3 players
  7. Convert the series to 32K bitrate and 11.025 Sample Rate so that the audio can be streamed from your website.
(It is important that the sample rate be 11K or most flash players will not work)
  8. Give you CD or DVD with the complete Series in both 128K and 32K formats.
Optional Step:
  1. Create traditional Wave format CD for each lesson for superior quality archive.
