Causes Of The Present Conservative Baptist Conflict Demanding A New Mission Society

(When it is acknowledged that we have two distinct and conflicting ideologies in our CB movement represented by pastors, local churches, Bible colleges, and seminaries, why should we not accept it in mission societies?)
Recently we penned an article, “Forty Years of History Looks Down Upon Conservative Baptists.” We concluded this article with the “Manifesto” passed by the Conservative Baptists in annual session in 1953 in Portland, Oregon. There was hardly a dissenting voice against this great expression of separation, either in the boards of the two mission societies, the CBA or the CBF. The constituency of each organization passed it with hardly a dissenting vote. This great Manifesto was signed by the following representatives of these four Boards:

Could it he possible that the onrush and onslaught of the Ecumenical movement has swept them off their SEPARATION FEET?
