For Christians, developing and exercising a biblical worldview is an important aspect of following Christ. A biblical worldview helps believers think rightly about God, mankind, and the world they live in while reminding them of their call to follow Christ and share their worldview with non-believers. Followers of Christ must understand the Scriptures well enough to know when other beliefs are contrary to biblical teaching. Finally, this paper will demonstrate how a preacher can emphasize the mission of God in their preaching and why this emphasis will effectively communicate a biblical worldview.
