First, let me commend Purdy for admitting the fallacy of his overall argument.

Second, let me suggest that one has an obligation to read and interact with the answers an author has in print before it is reasonable to expect a response to critiques of his views.

Third, this obligation is even greater when one has been directed to these written views of which he was previously unaware.

No, I will not do Purdy’s homework for him. I have provided him with the bibliography. If he wishes to question the points, he should first read them.
