By God’s grace, TMS held its tenth graduation on May 5, 1996. Dr. Jack MacArthur (President MacArthur’s dad) delivered our commencement address, “The Romance of Expository Preaching.” An honorary Doctor of Divinity degree (D.D.) was presented to Victor Krutko, who serves as Vice President of the Evangelical Baptist Union in Minsk, Belarus.
